Travel Tips

I recently acquired a new toy that I would recommend highly for anyone travelling for a living - A GPS sensor for my laptop. It is a USB plugin that in conjunction with Microsoft Street & Maps guides you to the desired destination. No more need to search for a specific place and locations on a map. This thing provides information in real time of where you are and how long it will take you to reach the destination. During the holiday season I at times do several shows in a day and have no time to get lost or take the wrong exit. Here are some things about it I found useful last Saturday. - recalculates in real time your current location and shows it on the map - shows GPS trail - If you miss an exit, you can remap instantly from current location - shows travelling speed and compas as well - shows you how much time is left until you arrive Cost: approx $50 US - for the sensor http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=4668&item=5736517407&rd=1 approx $30 US -
